The same figure at 24 doors as at 6. Never per door, never a percentage of the rent — and the first six months are free.
Six kinds of business, one sheet each
Start tonight. Pay in February, or never. The same three tiers on every kind of estate — only the noun changes. Pick yours on the card, or here.

Priced per door — a door is a unit that bills; parking, storage and staff are never counted. The card in the open already picked your tier; here is the whole sheet.
The same three tiers on every kind of estate — only the noun changes. Yours is counted in doors.

The sheet above is the association’s sheet too — a lot is a door, dues are the rent line, and the guard post, the officers’ records and the books ride the same login. The smallest associations sit on the free tier; a working subdivision sits on Premium until it outgrows it. The fee is flat and never a share of the dues you collect — for most associations it works out to about a third of what one household pays in dues each month.

Add-ons
Not for features. Storage, sending and our own hours are the only things that grow with use, so those are the only things with a meter on them.
A working estate of 120 doors uses about 0.3 GB a year, measured — so the 10 GB on Premium is decades of ordinary use. This line is for the estates that photograph everything, and it is free on your own Google Drive.
Your own address, your certificate, your DNS, and your name on the app icon — nobody who opens it thinks about us.
Your estate on its own server, not shared with anybody.
Up to 50 properties. ₱35,000 above that. We load everything and stay on for your first billing run.
Two months back for paying a year up front.
Every price is on this page. No add-on without a number; above the top tier, a conversation rather than a form.
SMS and Viber are passed through at cost plus 15%. We do not take a margin on your payment rails — the money moves through your own bank or wallet, and we never touch it.
Above the top tier
Past the top tier the questions change: your own domain, your own server, a migration with ten years of history in it, several businesses under one managing agent. Those are worth half an hour on the telephone.
Priced per estate from ₱9,900 a month, and quoted at roughly ₱90–110 per door. Setup is charged once, because it is our hours rather than our disk.
Your own domain, certificate and full white label
A private instance on its own server
Several estates under one managing agent
Done-for-you setup and migration, ₱15,000–₱35,000 once
A named person to call, in Philippine hours
Training for your board and your staff
Questions
There is a real one, and it is ours, not yours: we are new, and we need estates running on the platform more than we need your money this year. You get everything; we get a reference and your honest complaints.
You pay ten months’ fee once, and the account runs for twelve. The six free months come first either way, and the year’s clock starts only when they end. Month by month costs nothing extra and you can leave whenever you like.
You get an invoice inside your own platform, thirty days before it is due. If you do nothing, the account goes read-only — nothing is deleted, and your export button still works.
One billable thing, honestly named per business: a door for apartments and buildings, a bed for bed spaces, a room for hotels, a listing for short stay. Parking slots, lobbies, staff and homeowners are never counted.
Yes, without qualification. One button exports every book, document and photograph, on any day, whether you are paying or not.
No. Send the spreadsheet, the property list and last year’s ledger and we load them for you before your first login. One load, up to 50 properties, free on every plan.
Six months with everything switched on, and no card taken. The smallest tier of every business is free for life.
Encrypted, and your browser checked it
The padlock in the address bar is the proof, not our word for it: the certificate is issued to premises.ph and to nobody else.

One business, one file. Not a row in a table shared with strangers, with a column deciding who is allowed to see it.
How the data is keptBacked up nightly, and restored nightly
A backup nobody restores is a folder. Every night the snapshot is opened and read back, and the night says so in words when it cannot be.
How the restore is provedThe documents are sealed where they lie
Tenant IDs and receipts are encrypted on the disk with a key that never leaves the server, so a stolen backup holds ciphertext and nothing else.
