The front desk, the folio,
the night audit.
All of it.

A tape chart your desk drags stays across, folios that never lose a charge, an end of day that closes itself — and the same one platform under the rooms.

The price, for your kind of business

Priced per room, in pesos.

A room is a door that sells nights. Function rooms and the lobby are never counted — and no plan takes a percentage of a booking. The card in the open already picked your tier; here is the whole sheet.

The same three tiers on every kind of estate — only the noun changes. Yours is counted in rooms.

Moving in

Your rooms and rate plans, loaded before you first sign in.

No card, no call, no installer. Send the spreadsheet; the desk opens the same afternoon.

1Create your hotel

Name it, count its rooms, set the standard rate and the seasons. The whole front desk is on from the first minute.

2Send the spreadsheet

Rooms, rate plans and the bookings already on the book — a person on our side loads them before your first login, free up to fifty properties.

3The desk opens

The tape chart takes the first walk-in in one drag; the channels read your calendar within the hour; the first night audit closes itself at midnight.

Questions

What hoteliers ask first.

Is the channel sync real two-way?

Calendars run both ways with every iCal channel — they read us hourly, we read them hourly. Rate push to OTA APIs is a partnership we will name when it exists, not before.

Can the desk take a booking by phone at 11pm?

The tape chart takes a walk-in or a phone booking in one drag; the folio opens itself with the stay.

We are a condotel — whose money is whose?

Each room’s owner sees a hotel-money section on their monthly statement: what their room earned, what it cost, what was disbursed.

What counts as a room?

A room is a door that sells nights — function rooms and the lobby are never counted, and no plan takes a percentage of a booking. The sheet counts them: five free, twenty on Premium, above that by agreement.

Put a real desk under the rooms, free until February.

Six months with the whole front desk switched on — we load your rooms and rate plans first.

Monday to Saturday, 8am – 7pm Philippine time.

Write whenever suits you — a person answers, in your hours.

Your own database file

One business, one file. Not a row in a table shared with strangers, with a column deciding who is allowed to see it.

How the data is kept

Backed up nightly, and restored nightly

A backup nobody restores is a folder. Every night the snapshot is opened and read back, and the night says so in words when it cannot be.

How the restore is proved

The documents are sealed where they lie

Tenant IDs and receipts are encrypted on the disk with a key that never leaves the server, so a stolen backup holds ciphertext and nothing else.

What sealing means
