A tape chart your desk drags stays across, folios that never lose a charge, an end of day that closes itself — and the same one platform under the rooms.
No card · the whole front desk included · 0% booking fee, ever
The same figure at 12 rooms as at 6. Never per room, never a percentage of a booking — and the first six months are free.
At 12 rooms of ₱ a month each, that is 0.28% of what they bring in — and never a percentage of it.
One night at the desk
The Almanara has 40 rooms and one desk. Here is one night of it in four beats — and what each one asked of the desk. Every figure is the demo hotel’s own.

The modules you get
Each is a filmed walk through a working room of the demo hotel. Pick a room; the film plays beside it.
The tape chart. Every room, every night, one screen — drag to move, walk-ins and no-shows.

The price, for your kind of business
A room is a door that sells nights. Function rooms and the lobby are never counted — and no plan takes a percentage of a booking. The card in the open already picked your tier; here is the whole sheet.
The same three tiers on every kind of estate — only the noun changes. Yours is counted in rooms.

Every line is in every plan — payroll and HR with them. The plans differ in SIZE, not in what they can do, and the first six months are free on any of them.

Moving in
No card, no call, no installer. Send the spreadsheet; the desk opens the same afternoon.
Name it, count its rooms, set the standard rate and the seasons. The whole front desk is on from the first minute.
Rooms, rate plans and the bookings already on the book — a person on our side loads them before your first login, free up to fifty properties.
The tape chart takes the first walk-in in one drag; the channels read your calendar within the hour; the first night audit closes itself at midnight.

How the data is keptBacked up nightly, and restored nightly
A backup nobody restores is a folder. Every night the snapshot is opened and read back, and the night says so in words when it cannot be.
How the restore is provedThe documents are sealed where they lie
Tenant IDs and receipts are encrypted on the disk with a key that never leaves the server, so a stolen backup holds ciphertext and nothing else.
